- Financial Management:

- Matrix Leadership:

- Go-to-Market Strategy:
- Develop comprehensive strategies and plans.
- Drive product trial, loyalty, and brand awareness.
- KOL Development:
- Identify and recruit emerging Key Opinion Leaders.
- Collaborate on education plans with KOL team.
- Strategic Pricing:
- Develop pricing strategies for growth.
- Implement pricing guidelines and promotions.
- Sales Enablement:
- Optimize sales tools and materials.
- Market Research:
- Gather insights and refine messaging.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 7 years in dental product management preferred
- Matrix structure proficiency.

- Highly organized and proactive.
- Excellent communication skills.
